Guru Anshul Bhoyar born at Nagpur Maharashtra , where he completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree from R S Mundle Dharampeth Arts and Commerce College Nagpur.
He started his initial training in kathak dance under the guidance of Guru Utsa Banerjee at the age of 7 their he learnt beauty of Lucknow Gharanas.
He completed his 5 year of training under the guidance of Guru Pt. Rajendra Gangani ji in Kathak kendra , new delhi . In National Institute of Dance Kathak Kendra New Delhi he learned many aspects of traditional repertoire of Jaipur Gharanas.
In the journey of kathak dance at the end he started taking guidance of Nritya Abhinaya, Indian Poetic literature, Ghazal and Modern text and Many Shastras of India from former director of Delhi Doordarshan, Bhratnatyam Guru Indian Arts Scholar Vidhushi Kamlini Dutt . Where he understand dance is not just body movement and some kind of facial expressions it is a process of connenction with a higher self, surrender to the god .
He learnt Kathak dance from many great gurus , in workshops of Kathak Kendra New Delhi Guru Pt. Birju Maharaj ji, Guru vidushi Kumodini lakhiya , Guru vidushi Urmila Nagar, Guru vidushi Shama Bhate ji , Guru Kishan Maharaj.
Guru Anshul Bhoyar work as a performer, teacher, choreographer, artistic director, and thinker. His personal idiom, evolved over the years, is an amazing blend of virtuosity (tayyari) and sensitive expressions (abhinaya), revealing the high degree of classicism.
Anshul Bhoyar is the Vidharbas first a Delhi Doordarshan Graded Artist in the field of kathak dance .
Performance and Achievements
- Group performance under the guidance of guru smt. Utsa Benarjee from Nagpur in Hindi Sahitya Sammelan 2007.
- Nikhil Bharat Banga Sahitya Sammelan 85th -2012 (solo performance)
- Performed Seeta harana in NCPA Mumbai 2013 .
- Performed solo in Mumbai Borivali Baithak 2015.
- Performed in Front of Vice President of India Venkaiah Naidu in 2019 under the guidance of Pt. Rajendra Gangani ji ‘s Choreography.
- Rasa Vilass Dance Festival 2019 solo present in Delhi organized by Nandini Chaudhry Mohanty.
- Performed in Shivaarghya Dance festival of male dancers Festival organized by Padmabhushan awardee Dr. Saroja Vaidhyananthan in Delhi 2019.
- He receives many prestigious awards, one of them is NRUTYA GAURAV AWARD 2023 By AKHIL NATRAJAM AANTAR SANSKRUTIK SANGH, NAGPUR, MAHARASHTRA.
